1. The Owner Builder Discount Card (OBDC) may only be used by the card holder whose name appears on the face of the card, or his / her spouse.
2. The OBDC may not be given to or borrowed by any friends, family members, associates, or other persons to use, other then the card holder whose name appears on the face of the card, or his / her spouse.
3. The OBDC must be produced if requested by the staff of one of the supporting companies.
4. Refusal or inability to produce the OBDC may result in refusal to provide the products / services at the negotiated discount rate.
5. Sufficient photo identification must be produced to staff of one of the supporting companies if requested to do so.
6. Refusal or inability to produce sufficient photo identification may result in refusal to provide the products / services at the negotiated discount rate, until sufficient photo identification has been produced.
7. The management of OBDC must be notified immediately by email if your card has been lost / stolen.
8. The management of OBDC reserves the right to cancel your card if it has been used fraudulently or in a manner contrary to our terms / conditions of use, without issuing a refund for the purchase of the card.
